“I am so proud of the new space we’ve created. We have taken collaboration to the next level with our new high performance work and meeting spaces, making it easier than ever to communicate with our customers and partners around the world.”
— Jeff Irvin, Principal, Spinitar
As an industry leader in audiovisual design, build, and integration, Spinitar understands the positive impact that up-to-date, well functioning technology can have on an organization. While the company strives to provide a “services first” approach to its customers, the Principals saw value in taking the time to care for their own employees as well. So Spinitar decided that it was time to update their own technology with a corporate office refresh.
The conference rooms would be the primary focus of the project. These spaces had the most outdated technology and would require the most energy. For Spinitar, it was a priority to upgrade meeting rooms and collaborative spaces so that all employees would benefit from the project. To supplement the technology refresh, the company also updated all offices, desks, and furniture, using the expertise of their furniture partners, Allsteel and Corporate Business Interiors .
Pioneering AV Technology System Integration
Streamlined Design-Build Process & Implementation
Affordable, Reliable Video Conferencing Technology
Providing the best quality service to their customers is top priority, so the company needed to put in overtime for the project to be a success. Employees worked longer hours, clocking extra time on weeknights and weekends. However, because the project team consisted of internal employees, all well-versed in AV technology and the design-build process, implementation of the new audiovisual systems went smoothly.
Spinitar selected Crestron as the primary manufacturer for the project. Using their technology, they would convert a basic presentation system to video conferencing, while also installing automated switching and routing technology. Crestron certified products were both affordable and reliable.
In addition providing their employees with updated, higher functioning technology systems, the completion of the Spinitar corporate office refresh has improved morale throughout the organization. Employees are more efficient and now have more pleasant, comfortable meeting spaces for collaboration. Rooms are booked daily due to the availability of fully operational conference rooms.
