Our design is customized around conversations with you, your technical team, and end-users. This is the key to success, ensuring an av system design individualized for your organization. Strategic alliances with leading technology manufacturers further enables us to deliver a cost-effective integration and technical competency.
From the needs analysis conversations, your project will be allocated a dedicated team of industry certified and manufacturer trained professionals. Your assigned team will devote their efforts to ensuring the scope fits your needs and budget.
You will be assigned a Spinitar designer who understands you and your business. Considering infrastructure, operational procedures, and timelines, we will create a audiovisual system design that’s right for you.
From design to first use, your Spinitar team is available and accessible, working in parallel with you toward the common goal. We complete the testing of systems and racks in-house as a quality control measure to eliminate waste and issues, ensuing a smooth onsite implementation.
After final commissioning of a system, we schedule onsite user training. All system documentation is provided, including CAD drawings, hardware specifications and user manuals. A walk through of the final system with your teams validates the original expectations were met, and your communication and/or technology goals were achieved.
