As RVP of the Pacific South Region, Bryce is responsible for creating and carrying out sales initiatives to meet revenue and budgetary objectives. Bryce works with the executive management team to establish long-range goals, strategies, plans, and policies to meet profitable results. Bryce directly supports day-to-day departmental needs, while implementing effective growth strategies and processes for the Pacific South Region.

As Director of Human Resources, Brandon’s focus is around developing a fully engaged workforce, where outstanding people are accomplishing extraordinary things. His mission is to help assure a terrific employee experience, which in turn yields a terrific experience for our customers. Brandon is also responsible for talent search, vetting, acquisition, and overseeing ongoing evaluation and assessment.

As RVP of the Pacific Northwest Region, John is responsible for creating and carrying out sales initiatives to meet revenue and budgetary objectives. John works with the executive management team to establish long-range goals, strategies, plans, and policies to meet profitable results. John directly supports day-to-day departmental needs, while implementing effective growth strategies and processes for the Pacific Northwest Region.

As Process Coach, Troi is responsible for leading Spinitar’s team of project managers. Troi oversees project scheduling and coordination for 10 project teams in the unified communications division and is in charge of creating project initiatives and processes that help the overall success of the organization.

Jeff is the Principal and Founder of Spinitar. As the “Chief Evangelist,” Jeff helps to build the Spinitar brand and identify opportunities to help customers in need of audiovisual technology and services. Jeff encourages a culture where outstanding people can accomplish extraordinary things. As Principal, Jeff focuses on providing Spinitar’s overall strategic direction and visionary leadership while fostering Spinitar’s strong customer, manufacturer and industry partner relationships. Through Jeff’s guidance and vision, Spinitar has received national recognition as one of the top systems integration companies in the audiovisual industry. In addition, Jeff helped Spinitar develop and expand its portfolio to include a comprehensive offering of audio, visual and information technologies, solutions and services.

As EVP of Enterprise, Scott is responsible for leading a core group of department managers and multiple business units, including the service department and visual products group. Scott serves as a top leader for Spinitar, providing the company with strategic financial plans, training solutions, career development initiatives, coaching and customer support.

As VPG Sales Manager, Jeremy leads Spinitar’s team of customer service representatives and account managers. Jeremy is responsible for creating and carrying out sales initiatives to meet revenue and budgetary goals and objectives.  Jeremy directly supports day-to-day departmental needs, while implementing effective growth strategies and processes for the K-12 California, Arizona and Nevada markets.

As Technician Coach, Adrian is responsible for leading Spinitar’s team of installation technicians. With over 15 years of AV experience, Adrian’s technical expertise allows him to successfully oversee and lead various training exercises while lending a helping hand when needed to assist with project installations meeting the client’s needs, both on time and within budget.

As RVP of the Pacific Central Region, Craig is responsible for creating and carrying out sales initiatives to meet revenue and budgetary objectives. Craig works with the executive management team to establish long-range goals, strategies, plans, and policies to meet profitable results. Craig directly supports day-to-day departmental needs, while implementing effective growth strategies and processes for the Pacific Central Region.

As Marketing Manager, Katie is responsible for the planning, leadership, and general supervision of marketing initiatives, including digital media, literature, events, market research, analysis, and training. Katie develops and manages marketing expense budgets and lead generation programs. Katie serves as the chairperson for Spinitar’s annual charity event, Golf for Hope, benefiting City of Hope, which has raised hundreds of thousands of dollars over the lifetime of the event.

As Principal and CEO of Spinitar since 1999, Jay’s focus is on providing his fellow Spinitarians with a clear strategic plan that results in company-wide success. Committed to building a united organization, Jay is responsible for the structuring of positions and teams throughout the company. Jay’s passion for possessing strong customer, manufacturer, and industry relationships allow him to successfully manage the overall operations of the company, in particular, the integration services division of Spinitar. 

 

 

As EVP of Finance, Dave oversees the purchase and inventory of all mission-critical equipment used to complete customer projects, while maintaining the overall well-being of Spinitar’s financial health. Dave is responsible for overseeing Spinitar’s team of accountants and banking relationships. With over 25 years of experience, Dave has developed an expertise in accounting, purchasing, IT, human resources, contract law, finance, strategic planning, and all aspects of financial and team performance. 

As EVP of Integration Services, Dan works with the executive management team to establish long-range goals, strategies, plans, and policies to meet profitable results. Dan directly supports the departmental needs of three regions, while implementing effective growth strategies and processes for all territories. He motivates and leads a high-performance sales organization and provides mentoring to foster a success-driven environment within the sales division. 

As RVP of the Southwest Region, Scott is responsible for creating and carrying out sales initiatives to meet revenue and budgetary objectives. Scott works with the executive management team to establish long-range goals, strategies, plans, and policies to meet profitable results. Scott directly supports day-to-day departmental needs, while implementing effective growth strategies and processes for the Southwest Region.

As Technical Services Coach, Javed is responsible for leading Spintiar’s team of IT, programming, CAD, and rack-build professionals. Javed’s 10 year’s of experience helps to ensure quality results from each member of his team.

As Design Coach, Rudy is responsible for leading Spiniar’s team of designers. Rudy works with individuals to ensure each member of his team is performing at their maximum potential while accomplishing career goals and company objectives. With over 15 years of AV experience, Rudy’s strong work ethic and high-regard for customer satisfaction make him the perfect fit to fill the role of design coach.
