Reporting to the regional vice president, the account manager is responsible for achieving an assigned revenue/gross profit quota. Additionally, the account manager will be assigned a territory in which that person will sell audiovisual systems and services. The sales process requires the use of our ERP system for managing all customer information and contacts, forecasting, proposal creation,, and order submission.
Participation in daily morning ‘huddles’, 1 on 1’s with the RVP, and monthly sales meetings is required. To ensure success, the account manager is required to exercise a regimen of prospecting and relationship management initiatives to generate short and long term opportunities for both new and embedded base clients.
