SPINITAR™ Expands Systems Integration Capabilities
in San Francisco Bay and Silicon Valley Markets

SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO - Jan., 16, 2002 - SPINITAR™a leading audio-visual systems integrator and presentation products dealer based in Santa Fe Springs, Calif., has expanded its systems integration support capabilities in the South San Francisco and Silicon Valley markets with the addition of Bill L. Schripsema as account manager for the technologically advanced Mid-Peninsula area.

In his new position, Schripsema is responsible for overseeing audio-visual integration projects, as well as business development and equipment sales in the Silicon Valley and Bay Area. With more than
15 years of experience in the audio-visual industry, Schripsema's extensive experience includes all aspects of A/V system sales, marketing, and integration for a wide range of projects including control rooms, teleconferencing and government facilities.

Prior to joining SPINITAR, Schripsema served as business unit manager and consultant relations manager for the Control Room Display Business Group of Barco Projection Systems, Inc., in Kennesaw, Georgia. His previous experience also includes the position of market development manager for Electrohome (Christie Digital Systems), where he was an integral member of the team that brought the Electrohome Roadieä projector to market, as well as sales management positions with AmPro, General Electric and Martin Marietta.

Previously, Schripsema has served as mid-Michigan chapter president of the ITVA (Media Communications Association International), and on several ICIA (International Communications Industries Association) committees including the Shootout, Projection Experience, and Manufacturers committees.
