Emulex needed to create a state of the art audiovisual technology environment in its new facility. Emulex needed to ensure their corporate facility had the latest systems for employees to use as a means to collaborate with key engineering teams as well as connecting to external suppliers, in order to come up with the latest networking infrastructure solutions.

 Employing the latest audiovisual communication technologies Spinitar designed, engineered and installed 20 feature-rich and user friendly custom room environments. As innovation and collaboration are key components to Emulex's success, Spinitar needed to ensure the solutions we provided would enhance and enable easy access to internal and external customers through audio and visual equipment. The Executive Boardroom needed to be a high-end room, utilizing AMX control systems to allow ease of use for presentations and the latest technology in order to present the overall image and direction of the company to external organizations. A total of 14 small and medium size conference and training rooms were created enabling employees within all departments to collaborate on engineering projects independently, or virtually linked, via conferencing capabilities. Communication with external suppliers is reliant on high speed, multi-purpose videoconferencing capabilities; Spinitar installed 4 high end audiovisual conference rooms using Polycom video conferencing systems. Spinitar designed and created an interactive Break room where employees could have meals as well as allow management use of the facility to conduct quarterly all employee meetings for stock updates and presentations. We also brought some of the latest Sharp LCD Screen technology to the Emulex in house gym. Spinitar's industry trained project teams worked closely with Emulex's internal teams to ensure that an installation of this magnitude was coordinated well to address our clients specific needs and costs effectively and efficiently.
