To help provide an insider’s view of just how many activities and projects are completed during project integrations, here’s a brief overview of some of Spinitar’s teams. At Spinitar, we take ownership of client projects and understand that coordination between departments is critical to ensure success of each of our projects.

Project Coordination

Coordinates activities between project management and purchasing department to ensure successful, timely ordering and delivery of equipment

Design & Engineering

Designs and formulates architectural, audiovisual and control system drawings
Creates drawings in Auto CAD 2000 and ensures accuracy
Holds weekly team meetings with all project participants to review project timeline and engineering drawings
Performs final testing and commissioning of system

Project Management

Meets with client’s technical and contract representatives, provides status reports, and addresses outstanding questions
Develops project schedule and oversees delivery of equipment and materials
Submits manual binders of all equipment documentation to client
Supervises end-user training on systems operation after signoff
Facilitates completion of final punch list items

Installation Services

Performs pre-install/rough-in cabling and line termination, including bundling and labeling of cables
Works closely with design, engineering and project management teams in order to stage build and test all components prior to shipment
Completes the projects with final on-site terminations, equipment alignments and final testing
Ensures site clean-up and proper disposal of materials

Service & Support Team

Manages, supports and maintains all customer installations after project completion
Provides comprehensive equipment support and service programs, ranging from time and materials to 24/7 on-site support services
Services equipment in on-site service/depot center
Offers help desk support
Provides training services and outsourced representation
Establishes partnerships with manufacturers to ensure resources are available
