A licensed CPA, Noordin brings extensive financial analysis and accounting controls knowledge to Spinitar and has a track record of successfully designing, implementing and planning accounting procedures, internal control systems and financial reporting procedures. Prior to joining Spinitar, Noordin led the Controlling team at ICrest International LLC, an international trading/distribution company and subsidiary of Itochu Japan. In addition, Noordin held the position of Director of Financial Reporting and Analysis for Audio Visual Services Group, an enterprise-scale equipment rental and staging company. During his tenure, Noordin designed and implemented cost accounting procedures and business models to facilitate bidding and profitability evaluation of jobs, as well as developed and analyzed return on investment (ROI) on all capital purchases.

Noordin is responsible for managing Spinitar’s financial operations and reporting procedures, including the preparation of budgets, analysis of costs and management of cash flow. In addition, Noordin supervises Spinitar’s accounting and operations staff, maintains bank relations and evaluates corporate profitability.

Noordin holds an Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX, as well as an active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certificate for the state of California. In addition, Noordin holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Karachi University in Pakistan and a Chartered Accountant certificate from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Pakistan.
In his spare time, Noordin enjoys sports and movies and is actively involved in various social and community services.
