• Responsible for a sales territory and full account management from prospecting through the eternal life cycle of an account.
• Sales experience necessary
• Related industry/solution sales experience (AV, IT, Telecommunications)
• Solution design, negotiation and management
  

• Design fully integrated audio/visual multimedia presentation systems
• Generating and modifying detailed equipment list and specifications
• Creating wiring diagrams, architectural, schematic and other detail drawings using AutoCAD
• Provide new products/technology information and recommendations that enhance our current products/technology
• Oversee system programming of all A/V integrated systems
• Ensure design and specifications for installations are accurate and clear for Spinitar Field Service Engineers and Installers
• Oversee all A/V Control System CAD drawings, installation documentation, and as-built drawings
  

• Must be efficient in planning, scheduling, communicating and preparation for installation to control expenses and improve profitability
• Use tact and sound judgment when dealing with Spinitar customers, and keep a neat, clean and organized work environment
• Promote goodwill and teamwork

SYSTEMS INSTALLERS

Spinitar is looking for installers throughout California to install audio visual equipment, pull cables, build racks, and other similar functions, including interfacing with our customers. We will train on the job, but do require that you are:

• High Energy
• Motivated
• Self-Starter
• Team player

This position is very independent and requires strong focus. The standard systems we program on are AMX and Crestron. We are looking for:

• C++ required
• Understanding JAVA and COBALT a plus
• Experience in writing code
• AV industry/equipment knowledge a plus
• Creativity a plus
• Independent worker
• Self-motivated, self-starter a must
