As Chief Executive Officer and founding co-partner at Spinitar, Jay Rogina is responsible for overseeing all sales, marketing, engineering, and operations functions for the company. With more than 20 years of management experience in the public and private sector, Jay focuses on leading Spinitar’s charter to be the preeminent systems integrator and service provider in the audiovisual industry.
Jay’s visionary leadership was instrumental in transitioning Spinitar from a traditional audiovisual equipment provider to a full-service audiovisual systems integration and communication technologies company. During this transition in mid-1990s, Rogina was instrumental in developing Spinitar’s presence on the West Coast, helping the company establish locations in Los Angeles, San Diego, San Francisco and Sacramento.
A current member of the InfoComm International Board of Governors, Jay is well respected in the audiovisual industry and known to incorporate non-traditional tactics and strategy as part of his vision. A passionate leader and advocate of the audiovisual industry, Jay was key in bringing together Spinitar’s seasoned team of senior management professionals, many of whom possess a depth of expertise acquired outside the audiovisual industry. This move proved to be a driving factor behind Spinitar’s tremendous success and rapid growth.
Jay’s stellar reputation and charismatic leadership has helped Spinitar establish strong relationships with numerous industry manufacturers, partners, customers and consultants.
